I had a such wonderful experience here, everything was great, the location was unbeatable just off major attractions. The staff was knowledgeable and competent, the room was recently refurbished with the kitchenette, a fold out couch plus a double bed.

my naperville stay was rough, but this christmas party at extended stay was unexpectedly awesome. the panera nearby was a plus. clean and cozy with great service.

There are corridors in the building and the entrance of room is inside the building. It is comfortable and security is good.

In front of the entrance of my room, in the corridor, there is bad smelling. Maybe, somebody did bad behavior in the corridor....

When requesting a non smoking room for next day stay. They were prompt in transfering us.

We arrived late evening/early morning. No one arrived for 45 minutes to check us in. Somehow our room converted to a smoking room. Room was gross. Bubble gum residue on carpet amoung other stains. Comforter And blanket had burn holes and orange tar stains. We didnt even shower ugh. Due to the extended stay room they have kitchenettes. But no silverware dish soap etc. cupboards were completely bare. Also extended stay kitchenettes mean no breakfast.

The location is comfortable for dining out, close to a shopping mall, outlets, and popular attractions.

I don't like having to go to the lobby every time you need something. There was a glob of about 5 strands of hair in my bed. I wanted new sheets and was told we'd have to come and get them ourselves. It is right next to a Red Roof Inn the noise was ridiculous.

Yes, the location here is great - there's a mall and convenience stores nearby, and we grabbed some tasty takeout from Subway which was just a short walk away.

The hotel is excellent with fairly clean areas and knowledgeable and competent staff. Continental breakfast with a wide range of options. Location is excellent, near the outlets, businesses, restaurants, and the mall.
